Welcome to Taste of Tephaney’s, where every dish tells a story—and it all starts with me, Diftephaney Louis Douglas.

Originally from the beautiful island of Haiti, I moved to South Florida in 1990 and was raised in North Miami Beach before settling in Broward County. My love for cooking began at the age of 12, standing side by side with my mother in the kitchen. She's an extraordinary cook and baker, and together we transformed traditional recipes into flavorful, creative masterpieces that reflected our Caribbean roots.

Over time, cooking became more than just a hobby, it became my passion, my calling, and eventually, my business,  after years of independence and hard work in the corporate world, I took a bold leap of faith and launched Taste of Tephaney’s full-time to do what I love most: prepare food with love and create unforgettable experiences.

My cooking style blends bold Caribbean flavors with classic American comforts—an adventurous fusion that brings joy to every plate. From blended spices, seasoned meats and vibrant sides, to elegant presentations. Each meal is a journey designed to awaken your taste buds and leave lasting memories.

Currently residing in Central, FL. I’m changing the game by crafting a flavorful future—not only for my family but for everyone who believes food should be bold, soulful, and unforgettable. As a proud wife and mother of three, I’m passionate about creating meals that bring joy to the table. With a cookbook in the works and a signature line of seasonings on the way, the adventure continues—bringing bold, flavor-packed creations to curious taste buds everywhere.
